As part of our organizational culture, each year we celebrate a day or a weekend in which we carry out activities outside the office and we take the opportunity to discover new places and strengthen ties between colleagues.
Last year we decided to travel to Alicante, mainly because of the easy and fast access from Madrid, but also because of its excellent sunny weather and all the outdoor activities that we could do for an affordable cost.
Several months in advance, as the person in charge of organizing the trip, I got in touch with Fanny, owner and person in charge of the rides aboard the Aventurero maxi sailing catamaran. It has been a pleasure to find such a responsible team that fulfilled what was requested so long in advance.
Although we did not have a very defined ride, they have advised us in the best way and have adapted to our most defined needs. They offered us to take the boat privately for 30 people and this has been a real luxury, since, according to what they told us, these models of boats normally carry up to 120 people.
As for the boarding, they had offered us to rent a bus to go the whole group together to the embark point. But since we were staying in a central hotel, we decided to walk, because it was only a few minutes away. Upon arrival, Fanny greeted us attentively and introduced us to the crew, who accompanied us and assisted us during the three unforgettable hours on board.
On board we have enjoyed a welcome drink accompanied by snacks and fruits. Then, everyone had more drinks available to consume along the tour. We had also planned and paid for this, to ensure that on the day of the tour we could only relax and enjoy ourselves.
During the anchoring, we had the freedom to sunbathe and enjoy the facilities of the maxi catamaran or snorkel with the material that had been provided to us. It was the most relaxing moment of our entire stay in Alicante.
At the end we made a toast, using the microphone and stereo on board. In addition, they have had the detail of hanging the company flag and placing our logo in front of the tables, giving a perfect touch to the photos we took that morning.
As a conclusion, I recommend each company that has the possibility of providing experiences, training or team building to its employees, that they contact Alicante Catamaran. We will repeat as soon as possible.
