1. Where is the meeting point?

The embarkation and disembarkation is in the Marina of the port of Alicante. We are in front of the Explanada de España, the Mundo de los niños amusement park and next to Bar Noray: https://goo.gl/maps/sAQSQDzqHNwmqbcp9

2. What should I take on board?

Don't forget to bring sunscreen, glasses, hat or cap, towel, flip-flops and your swimsuit, to bathe and snorkel if you wish.
Sun protection shirts are highly recommended (especially for children).
We do not offer a snorkel tube, so we advise you to bring your own or buy it on board for €5.
For those who visit the island of Tabarca, bring beach sandals to go down to the beach and visit the town.
Please do not bring valuables or important documentation. The company will not be responsible for loss, misplacement or theft.

3. Where can I park?

We offer discount tickets for our clients for €1/hour. If you are interested, you must buy them along with your tickets or notify us 48 hours in advance.

4. Will my group be alone on board?

If you have bought a ticket for a public excursion, there will be more people on board because the capacity of the maxi catamaran is 62 people. If, on the other hand, you prefer to have the entire maxi catamaran exclusively, you can rent it privately and we will organize a personalized event for you.

5. What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

If the port authorities or the skipper consider that it is not safe to go sailing within 48 hours prior to the tour, we will cancel the tour. We offer an alternative date or departure to each of our clients. If it is not possible to reschedule, we provide a full refund of the money paid.

6. Can we bring food or drink?

For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring your own food or drink to public excursions. We have a bar on board, if you want to buy extra drinks or tapas during the tour. You can pay by card or cash at the moment.

7. If we celebrate a special occasion, do we need to give advance notice?

If you come on board to celebrate a special occasion, do not hesitate to write it in the comments when making your reservation.
For birthdays we offer a cake and for bachelorette parties, a detail to remember this special day.
For the tours to Tabarca Island, if any participant has allergies, you must notify them in advance.

8. Can children and pregnant women participate?

Babies, children, pregnant women and the elderly are welcome on board. Depending on our availability, we will reserve places at the tables for your convenience.
Baby carriages can also be brought and stored in a cabin during the tour.
Unfortunately, our facilities are not prepared for people with physical disabilities who need a wheelchair.

9. Is there a toilet on board?

There is a toilet on board that you can use throughout the trip. We also have an outdoor freshwater shower for those who want to use it after swimming in the high seas.

10. Are pets allowed?

For security reasons, we do not allow any animal on board during our tours.

11. Can I participate if I don't speak Spanish?

Everyone is welcome on board! The crew, in addition to Spanish, speaks English and French.

12. Is there a place to leave luggage on board? 

If your flight or train leaves after your sailing excursion and you need to bring your suitcase or backpack, we have a cabin to leave your belongings. You just have to notify us in advance to confirm that we have a place available.
