Alicante Catamaran against Covid19
Because of Covid19, Alicante Catamaran has updated its cancellation conditions and developed, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, a plan of security measures to minimize the risk of infection by Covid19.
We hope we can provide security to our passengers so that we can enjoy together this summer.
General Measures
Consequently, and to continue minimizing the risk of infection, Alicante Catamaran will manage the reserves according to customer demand and the number of people per reservation, to facilitate the health safety distance. We invite all our future passengers to consult us to specify the best date for their catamaran tour. The only objective is to provide security and make tours and excursions in the best way for the pleasure of our passengers.

Specific training Sanitary Measures for the crew and workers of the company.

The minimum number of participants for each trip is 15 people.

100% refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before departure, so that in case of Covid symptoms, passengers postpone their departure date for the safety of other passengers. To refund, it would be necesary to present a medical justification or a positive PCR test.

The client agrees to comply with the new security measures proposed by the Ministry of Health, adapted to the activity of the company and detailed on this same page (masks, hydroalcoholic gel ...)

Alicante Catamaran may prohibit boarding people with symptoms of Covid - 19 (fever, cough, etc.) in order to ensure the health security of other customers and employees. It will be possible to take the temperature to clients, if necessary.

Risk assessment and drafting of a contingency plan according to the Guide of Measures for Active Tourism of the Ministry of Health. It includes detailed cleaning processes by zones and registers.

10% discount for groups from 10 people, children included. (Offer for low season 2022: from 04/01 to 05/29 and from 09/12 to 10/31)

Online Payments: We invite our clients to make their online payments, to avoid contact with cash.

Boarding with electronic tickets: present reservation on mobile phone or tablet without printing the tickets.
Health Safety measures on board Catamaran

Complete disinfection of the boat. Exterior and interior.

Installation of partitions to protect spaces.

All received products and merchandise are disinfected before being loaded on board.

For a better distribution of the spaces on board, boarding will not be done on a first-come, first-served basis. The crew will indicate you the area where to be located.

Hand wash gel dispenser before boarding.

Prohibited to wear shoes on board except disinfected flip flops for exclusive use on board.

We ask our passengers to bring in a bag a pair of sanitized flip flops to use on board.

Use of face masks on board.

Signs of sanitary rules on board.

Drinks and fruits will be served by the crew, individually and at the request of the client.

Use disposable tableware: recycled material.

All bins are pedal operated.

Snorkel Material: diving masks and fins are disinfected after each use. We have not tubes.

We recommend our passengers not to share towels, suncream, etc.

Sign with mandatory symbols, gel at the entrance.

Paper dispenser and a pedal basket.

The bathroom will be disinfected by the crew several times a day.

Landing: respect safety distances and change shoes at the dock.
